Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Orders over $70 ship free. Standard shipping is $8 and express is $15.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide through our fulfillment partner.

Can I return my order? Yes. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at forzwellsupport@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund.

What resistance band should I start with? Beginners should start with light resistance. Our FlexiFit Yoga Bands are perfect for starting out.
